A chatbot replies. That is useful, and it is usually not the system. The system is what sits behind the reply: retrieval from approved sources, tools that can inspect state, workflows that take more than one step, permission boundaries, and a person in the path when the next action needs judgement.

Organisations often buy the interface first because it is visible. The cost arrives later, when the assistant cannot call the right system, cannot refuse, and cannot hand work on without losing context.

Platform is Linear Horizon’s operating system for that work. Chat can sit on top of it. Callcenter applies the same principles to service channels. Consulting is the right entry when you do not yet know whether the problem is an interface, a workflow, or a system you should not automate.
