Linear Horizon already has productised technology. That is the point of Platform and the specialist applications: not every engagement should start from a blank page. It is also the limit. A contact centre, a research runtime or a desktop CRM is a product shape. A sentence-to-printable-robot pipeline, or an auditable choice among reuse, harvest and disposal for retired IT, is not.
Build is for those systems: agents, RAG, copilots and applications designed around the systems you already run. Consulting decides whether the gap is real. Platform still supplies the runtime where the work fits.
RoboRigs and ITAD Assist are the honest examples. They are production systems with particular failure modes. They are not Funnel with the labels changed.
